As I said my name is Joe and I’m from Clondalkin in Dublin. I still live in Clondalkin with my other half Linda and my two daughters Demi and Ariya and my staffie dog Mylo. Way back in the day I started out my career as a bricklayer and now I am a successful property investor and Ireland’s No. 1 business mentor for the construction sector.

 

In my mentorship business I provide support and mentorship to tradesmen and construction company owners. I have over 200 clients from all over Ireland and these guys are making more money from their business thanks to my training and mentorship. In the property business I specialise in buying houses all around west Dublin and rent them to tenants on HAP or to the council. These property purchases are funded by money I borrow from individuals just like yourself. I pay an interest rate of 12% per year which basically equates to €200 interest per month for every €20,000 invested.
